Fashion has always been more than clothing to me. It’s an expression of how we feel about ourselves. The way we present ourselves to the world can shape how we show up in every area of life, from the boardroom to a night out with friends. That’s why I’ve always believed “confidence is your best outfit,” and everything else is just an accessory.

Working with a personal stylist doesn’t mean you’re lost when it comes to fashion. In fact, it often means the opposite. As I’ve shared before, it’s about recognizing the value of going all in on your personal brand and being intentional about the image you project. That same philosophy carries over into my surgical work every day.

One of the reasons I love working with Brenda and Kyla Rose from Rose Transformations is their ability to bring confidence to life through clothing. It’s never just about putting together an outfit. It’s about creating a feeling. That moment when you look in the mirror and think, “Yes, this feels like me.” That’s the same sense of alignment I want for my patients after surgery. It’s not about changing who you are; it’s about allowing the outside to reflect the confidence you already have within.

For me, styling and surgery share the same purpose: refinement. When Brenda or Kyla curates a look for me, it’s about telling a story that feels authentic and powerful. In the same way, my approach to cosmetic surgery focuses on enhancing what’s already there so my patients feel more like themselves. Not different, just elevated.

Fashion and aesthetics share a common philosophy: details matter. The right neckline can transform a silhouette, just like a subtle lift or contour can enhance facial harmony. In surgery, I study proportions, symmetry, and balance, principles that apply just as much to a perfectly tailored outfit as they do to a beautifully sculpted jawline or refined breast contour. My approach is deeply artistic, and I draw inspiration from the world of fashion because both realms celebrate individuality through design.

Confidence isn’t superficial. It’s foundational. When you feel good in your skin (and in your clothes), you carry yourself differently. You engage more fully in life. This is why I’m passionate about creating results that look natural, timeless, and completely in harmony with each patient’s unique features. The goal is never to chase trends or fit an ideal, but to achieve a look that feels authentic, much like curating a wardrobe that reflects who you truly are.

I also love how fashion pushes boundaries and inspires innovation. Just as designers experiment with textures, shapes, and techniques to bring their vision to life, I embrace the latest surgical advancements to ensure my patients receive the most refined, elegant results. Both worlds thrive on creativity, precision, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.

Ultimately, whether I’m in the OR or in a fitting room, it all comes back to the same core belief: when you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, you can conquer anything. Your confidence is your best outfit, and I’m here to help you wear it every single day.
